It was another high scoring week (nope, me neither…) with twenty-nine people amassing 30 points or more.
Three of those broke the 40 point marker.
Hira Y reminded us of last season’s form smashing home eight correct scores (including 2 x 5 pointers) and no less than four added-on time “assists”.
And he still didn’t win.
Or come second…
Mark S is the “Syndicate” darling right now, chalking up a 9 pointer and a TEN pointer for a mid-forty point tally.
And he still didn’t win.
It was all on for my ol’ mucker only for dirty Leeds to snatch it away in the 94th minute of the last game.
Ouch.
That left Ric Pardoe 49 (9) out front as his EFL72 knowledge came to fruition giving him an amazing correct score haul that, surprisingly, only just got him over the line to take the £20 weekly prize
Congrats Ricardo – i’m assuming you’ll stick that score on a Stockport promotion/Arsenal CL champions double then, eh?!

Rob C & Matthew S felt Fergie vibes when this Romazani 94th minute goal secured a 8 pointer 4-0 at Leeds on Monday night
Pete C & Sam W had Celtic’s merciless deconstruction of Dundee Utd
Mark S & Greg F thrilled at the thrilling Liverpool 5 Spurs 1
Debbie L nabbed the form book upsetting Aberdeen 1 Hibs 0
However, this week’s best correct score, goes to Mark Seels (again!) for his I-bet-Pab-put-nil-nil-for-this-meaning-it’ll-then-be-a-thriller inspired, Motherwell 3 St Johnstone 2!
